Nagi is the company behind two largest photo community sites in Estonia: Nagi and Fotoalbum.ee. Of the 2 sites, Nagi is mostly a community for above 20-23 year old audience interested in quality photos. Fotoalbum.ee is a youth site for audience of up to 20-23 year olds.

Nagi also runs Toru, the leading Estonian user-generated video site.

The three sites attract over 130 thousand unique weekly visitors from Estonia, a small market with ~750 thousand Internet users and population of 1.35 million. The sites are among top 15-30 most visited sites in Estonia, having over 2 million page views per day. Over 17 million photos have been uploaded. The user community includes over 70 thousand accounts.

Nagi will launch Keskus, a new social network for Estonian users, in summer 2008. Keskus will be the central site for Nagi, Fotoalbum and Toru userbase, profiles, friend lists, internal messaging and discussion groups.

The robust and scalable photo and video site software is available for licensing in other countries as a white-label solution or through joint ventures to start local or niche photo hosting sites and communities.

Nagi was founded in April 2006 and the first version went live in August 2006.

Nagi was self-funded by the 4 founders during first 9 months, after which it received 100 thousand EUR in angel funding from Moonfish Media.
